Andrew C. Pitzer: This is my attempt to regain my childhood passion for all things Civil War. My curriculum as a world history teacher is ancient Greece, ancient Rome, and the Middle Ages in Europe, Asia, and Africa. However, my first love of history was the Civil War, and I have never lost it. Should I hit the road in the next four to five years to go to reenactments or other Civil War sesquicentennial engagements, I will be sure to let you know.
